IS IT SANITARY?Absolutely! Sanitation is our main priority. Fresh towels are placed on the seat during each session and the vinyl seat covers allow us to disinfect the chairs after every use.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH HERBAL BLEND I NEED?After you book your session, you will receive a client intake form. Your herbal blend will be selected based on the information provided on that form.

CAN I STEAM WITH A FRIEND OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS?Yes! At this time, we can only accommodate two people at a times. Our SiSTAR package is perfect for a girls' day out for your and a friend. We will be offering steam parties in the future!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?Because hygiene is very important, we ask that you clean yourself prior to your appointment. Shaving or waxing IS NOT required; however, if you would like to do so, we recommend shaving or waxing a day before your appointment to ensure comfort. We do not recommend waxing immediately after a steam. We will provide everything else you need (robe, sanitary napkins, towels, etc.)

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?Yes; We require a deposit (for each guest) to hold all appointment times

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?Currently, we accept Cash, Credit/Debit, Square and/or PayPal payments for all products and services. *All deposits are non-refundable. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their set appointment time, without prior notification, will incur a $10 late fee. A $25 no-show fee will be applied to clients who do not contact us prior to their appointment.

WHEN IS STEAMING NOT RECOMMENDED?You are pregnant or think you might be pregnant (the two weeks between ovulation & cycle when trying to conceive) You are bleeding (or if you have experienced spontaneous bleeding between periods in the past 3 months) You have any vaginal piercing. The steam is hot and can cause the piercing to heat up and burn the skin. You have any open wounds, sores, cuts or blisters
