We will discuss what sensuality means, what blocks it, and how to tap back into our innate, feminine, sensual essence. We will touch on how sensuality is more than its connection to sexuality and rather something to be explored in all facets of life - a sense of appreciation, love, and tenderness. You will then explore how food can be an utterly sensual experience while enjoying a guided honey ceremony.
 
⁣⁣𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 ⁣
We will dive deep into conversation + embodied writing around our sacred sexual powers and how in many ways they have been stripped from us over time. We will look at how media and other outside elements have shaped our perspective of sexuality and journey through our own personal stories with sexuality. Following this deep work, you will release blocks through breathwork, meditation, sacral chakra cleansing, and sound healing, leaving you more sexually free.⁣⁣
 
𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 ⁣
Taboo - maybe...important - soul yes! We will explore what it means to reclaim masturbation. We will discuss the art of meditation and masturbation, knowing yourself, and how this aligns with creativity, personal power, and connection to self. You will then move through the process of decorating a sacred mirror as a symbol of this personal reclamation of pleasure.⁣

We will discuss the importance of play and how to bring more of it into our lives. You will have the opportunity to embody this sacred play through conscious movement with a consciously curated playlist. Music and movement together allow us to journey into the depths of our body's sensual wisdom. No experience required.

Affectionately known as Your Guiding Light, Javon is a Womb Wellness Advocate and Yoni Steam Practitioner. 
 
Javon is the founder and owner of Hidden Jewel Wellness Boutique, a luxury, holistic wellness center designed to help women connect to their divine feminine energy. She's a homeschooling mama of four, music festival lover, beach bum, tree-hugger, and star-gazer. She has been an event coordinator + planner for more than 15 years, a social media manager + content creator for more than 10, and over the past several years, she has shifted her focus to what she feels to be her divine assignment - to reawaken sisterhood.
