Hey Goddesses, happy Sunday! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. As you may know, Sunday is my FAVORITE day of the week. This is the day that I focus on my self-care. I reflect on the week before and prepare for the week ahead. I started my day with meditation, steamed two goddesses at the boutique, and spent the rest of the day working on some great things for you all. As I was going over my YouTube videos and I found this little gem that I recorded a few years ago. It totally blessed my life (again lol) and served as a reminder so I wanted to share it with you.
We've all heard it said that "energy is neither lost nor destroyed, it's merely transferred from one party to the next" but do you know where it comes from? Do you know what it means? Energy is everywhere. There is NO escaping it. People have energy. Food has energy. Even the herbs I steam my clients with have energy. Every interaction you have is an exchange of energy. As you prepare for the week ahead, be mindful of how you use your energy. What are you giving and what are you receiving.
This is a great time to journal and reflect :)
