Hello loves, happy February!!! In the world around us, the theme for the month is love; more specifically, romantic love. While I feel that love is super important, I believe that the highest level of love a person can experience is the love of self.
I believe this so much, that in February 2021, my soul sister and I created a sacred experience where to help women move through what I believe are the four main pillars of love: sensuality, sexuality, pleasure, and play. We gathered in circle and embarked on a powerful journey toward sacred self-love. We cried. We laughed. We explored parts of our womb that had been forgotten, suppressed, and ignored. We spoke our truths and reclaimed what it meant to be sensual. We gave ourselves permission to be sexual. We found freedom in pleasure. We remembered the power of conscious movement and invited play back into our lives.
All in the name of self-love!

A Call to Go Deeper
One thing about me, I believe in going deeper with every new discovery. While understanding the art of self-love was an amazing journey for me, learning how to implement it into my life was where I discovered the magic of real self-love. It's when I learned to live life as "ceremony". You may have heard me mention this before, but if not, here is a snippet of what I shared in this week's episode on Womb Keeper TV.
There is something so sacred about living your life with intention and finding the beauty in every moment. Living life as ceremony is an invitation to experience your life fully, evoking all of your senses, and being present in the now.
