Journal Writing: The Journey to Your Womb

Journal writing is one of my favorite tools for myself and my clients. I always encourage clients to journal during their yoni steam sessions at the spa. As I always tell them, "if it comes up, then it needs to come out".


Its best to write after a cleanse, meditation, sacred bath/shower, etc. When you are physically and mentally cleansed, it's easier to receive message from your higher self, Spirit, The Divine, God, or whoever you reverence.


Here are some prompts to get you started on your #wombwellness journey. As you connect to your womb space more, you may find that you are able to write freely without any prompts. You'll be surprised the healing you will receive as you connect and journal more.


Remember goddesses, when a woman heals her womb, she heals the world!
