II. Girl Talk- This month were are talking about the cycles and phases that women face. We're talking life cycles, menstrual cycles, energetic cycles, and yes even the moon cycles. Bring your questions and confessions and let's have some real girl time.

III. Q&A- we'll open the floor up for questions before we end with a guided mediation.
