Since the beginning of time women have gathered together to break bread, open their hearts, share stories, relate to one another, and create sisterhood. Whether it's over tea, cooking in the kitchen, or brunching with mimosas, something special happens when women commune together. Hidden Jewel Wellness Boutique is honoring that tradition while incorporating the healing power of herbal tea to bring a tea ceremony like non-other!

What To Expect

We'll open the ceremony with vibrational sound healing to allow us all to connect to ourselves and one another. Following the sound healing, we'll sit in circle to discuss this month's topic. "Healing from sexual trauma". We'll end the ceremony with a sacred tea ceremony and reiki blessing. The tea will be a custom herbal blend formulated to help open your sacral chakra and heal, both spiritually and physically.

What to Bring

• A journal and favorite pen
• Your favorite mug or coffee cup
• A yoga mat/towel/blanket
• Anything that makes you feel safe(stuffed animal, crystals, etc)

Meet Your Facilitators:

Javon A. Frazier- Affectionately known as Your Guiding Light, Javon is a Womb Wellness Advocate and Yoni Steam Practitioner. Javon is the founder and owner of Hidden Jewel Wellness Boutique, a luxury, holistic wellness center designed to help women connect to their divine feminine energy. She believes that there are three main pillars of wellness: spiritual wellness, mental wellness, and physical wellness. As she puts it, “Our spirit governs our mind, our mind tells our body what to do, and our body carries it out.” It is that philosophy that helped her create iShine University, a virtual holistic wellness academy where she educates women on the personal and professional aspects of womb wellness, holistic healing, and yoni steaming.

A renowned author, publisher, and speaker since 2014, Javon’s work has been featured on television and radio broadcasts as well as in magazines including Grace and Glory, a faith-based publication. Her most popular piece, “Sexual Assault: The Silent Killer” was spotlighted on Hope for Women Magazine’s website during Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Her podcast “So, Here’s the Thing” has also received public recognition.

Teresa Bennett-Yates- Teresa is a native of Brunswick County. After seeing the benefits and results of Reiki firsthand, she knew she had to become a certified Reiki practitioner. She obtained her Reiki Master Certification through The Lowcountry School of Reiki. Teresa has also done extensive training with Frans Steine and the International House of Reiki.

Teresa has a passion to share this ancient healing art with others. Her compassion and dedication to helping others can be felt in every session she does.

Teresa is the ONLY Licensed Vibrational Sound Practitioner in the coastal region of North and South Carolina. She received her training through the Vibrational Sound Association

Teresa’s goal is to bring healing to the Body, Mind and Soul through her Reiki Sessions. This wonderful form of alternative therapy, commonly referred to as energy healing, helps to promote a sense of relaxation and overall well-being.
